Perfect for your unity sand ceremony, this quality 11.25" x 9" x 3" solid oak frame holds any photo size up to 8" x 10" AND can be used as a unity sand keepsake / shadow box. It comes in black, white, bamboo,cherry, natural and walnut. This frame is much larger than other popular shadow box frames sold. The frame comes with a clear glass background and you may add an option for a black or white insert if you prefer.
A plastic insert holds your sand design in place, allowing you to travel with your frame without disturbing your design. The frame is filled from the top. Just slide the top side of the wood frame out of the slots to completely open the top. Unlike other frames with hinges that open the top and leave the top of the frame sticking out to the side of the frame while open, the opening is cleared when sliding the top piece of the frame completely out of the frame. Then when you are ready to transport, just slide the top piece back into place.
Included with the frame are photo corner holders for you to place anywhere you'd like, so your photo can be any size, up to 8" x 10". We recommend a 5" x 7" photo for optimum placement. Photos can also be placed in either portrait or landscape orientation.
Completely full, it holds 11 cups of sand (approx. 5 lbs. of sand). As pictured with the Magenta, Kiwi, and Champagne sand is approx. 2 lbs.
You can fill the photo frame with sand, flowers, seashells, candy, confetti . . . any trinket you can imagine! Really easy to set up and use, and great for traveling!
