Why is the shipping on my order so high for just 2 bags of sand?
It is our goal to serve our brides with quality products and friendly service, and we know shipping can be a large cost when purchasing products online. Keeping the cost of our sand so low can make the shipping seem even higher. Considering that we make the sand in the USA, and offer a huge selection of complex wedding designer colors specially designed for the wedding market, we
feel we’ve done an excellent job in keeping the overall cost down when compared
to the cost of the sand and shipping from other websites. The shipping charges on our website are the USPS published rates, so the $4.95 shipping charge on one or two bags of sand is what it costs us to ship it. The $2.50 handling fee that is built into the shipping helps us offset the cost of packing and processing the order.

I am ordering wedding accessories and the shipping is too high!
All our sand is shipped from South Dakota, along with several vase sets. However, some vase sets and most of the other wedding accessories offered on our site are actually shipped from our suppliers, so we incur a separate shipping charge from each different location, as well as
a handling fee from each. The shipping charges are the published rates, but the cost to ship from each location can get expensive when the items need to ship from more than one location. However, the
shipping cost shown in our cart is no more costly than if you were to go to each supplier individually to order the items you want. If you’d like to know how many locations the items in your order are shipping from, just let us know and we'll get that information to you.

25-lb boxes of sand are supposed to be shipped for free, but my cart has a shipping charge.br>
We are hoping the cart will be free of this error in the next month or so. In the meantime, rest assured we remove the shipping charge on these boxes when your order is processed.
