This is a large elegant vase. If you want it to be full to the top, you will need 6 lbs. of sand. We suggest when you set up the vase for the wedding, you start with it partially filled. You can use a base of white to represent Christ or purity, or you can set it up with a few layers of sand already in place. Otherwise, it takes 3 - 4 of the Victoria Pouring Vases to fill the center vase.
The Victoria Vase is made from hand-blown glass. Due to this method, there are air bubbles in the vase, and we do not consider the air bubbles to be an imperfection or damage.
